Sending an inquiry is not tantamount to a reservation. Due to the great interest, we need to confirm whether we will be able to provide the opportunity to visit the Museum on the date you prefer. After completing and submitting the inquiry, you will receive confirmation of the date and time from us or a proposal for an alternative date.

To send an inquiry on available times, please use our internet form. Bear in mind that an inquiry does not automatically mean a reservation. Due to considerable interest in tours, we need to confirm whether the time you have requested is available for a visit to the Museum. After completing and sending your inquiry, you will receive a confirmation of your date and time or our alternative proposition.

  1. The administrator of the personal data is GRUPA ŻYWIEC Sp. z o.o with its registered office in Żywiec, ul. Browarna 88, 34-300 Żywiec, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.
  2. Contact with the Data Administrator is possible through the e-mail address dane.osobowe@grupazywiec.pl or using the above-mentioned mailing address.
  3. Purpose and basis of data processing:
    • Booking a visit to the Museum – the basis for the processing is the consent of the person (Art. 6.1.a RODO), understood as directing a message to the Administrator in order to book a visit to the Museum.
  4. Who will receive the data: companies from Grupa Żywiec, entities processing personal data on the order of the Administrator and in accordance with his/her guidelines, among others, IT service providers, as well as entities or authorities entitled to receive personal data on the basis of applicable laws.
  5. Data retention period: The data will be processed until the withdrawal of consent, but no longer than 3 months.

  • Objection to processing based on the legitimate interest of the Controller

How to exercise your rights?

In the case of the rights indicated in paras. 6.1-6.7, a request must be made. For contact details, please refer to points 1. and 2. In the case of the right indicated in para. 6.8 you should contact the Data Protection Authority.

  1. The provision of data is voluntary but is nevertheless a condition for booking an appointment.
  2. The data will not be subject to automated decision-making.
  3. Data will not be transferred to third countries, outside the European Economic Area.

GUIDE AND CHOICE OF LANGUAGE

During the reservation procedure, please indicate your language preference for the guide. This will allow us to adapt the tour to your needs.

MINORS

Minors may visit the Museum only under the supervision of an adult. Tours of the Brewery are not available for those under 18. An exception can be made for school groups whose educational programme includes processes associated with beer production.

PUNCTUALITY IS WORTH IT

Museum tours take place in groups. Therefore, we ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes before the planned start of your tour. Before travelling, it’s a good idea to familiarise yourself with maps of the route to the Museum to avoid unnecessary delays.
