1. The administrator of personal data is GRUPA ŻYWIEC Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Żywiec, at ul. Browarna 88, 34-300 Żywiec, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.

3. Purpose and basis for data processing:

   • Responding to a message (question, request) sent via the contact form - the basis for processing is the consent of the person (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), understood as sending a message to the Administrator with the expectation of a reply.

   • Statistical and analytical, including profiling - the basis for processing is the implementation of the Administrator's legitimate interest, consisting in the possibility of creating statistics and internal analyzes (Article 6.1.f) of the GDPR).

   • Survey of satisfaction with the quality of the Administrator's services or products - the basis for processing is the Administrator's legitimate interest, consisting in improving the quality of the products and services offered (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

   • Establishing and pursuing claims and defending against claims - the basis for processing is the implementation of the Administrator's legitimate interest, which is the possibility of pursuing claims or defending against them (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) in connection with with the provisions of the Act of 23 April 1964. Civil Code).

4. Who will receive the data: companies from the Żywiec capital group, entities processing personal data at the request of the Administrator and in accordance with its guidelines IT service providers, as well as entities or bodies authorized to receive personal data on the basis of applicable law.

5. Data storage period: Depending on the legal basis, the data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn, the Administrator's legitimate interest is fulfilled or an objection is raised against processing based on a legitimate interest.

7. Providing data is voluntary, however, it is a condition for receiving a reply to the message sent.

8. The data will not be subject to automated decision making.

9. The data will not be transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area.
